Season 3 also premiered in 2013 and starred former contestants from Seasons 1 and 2 competing for a $900 prize rather than for love.

It also repeatedly features Awesome Show regular Richard Dunn in a sidekick/father-figure type role. The show has seen many guests in its short internet-only SuperDeluxe exclusive run from such actors, singers and comedians as John Mayer, Zach Galifianakis, Bob Odenkirk, Will Forte, Rainn Wilson, and Jonah Hill.

It spoofs the British horror films of Amicus Productions, Hammer Film Productions, and Tigon British Film Productions. The title parodies Amicus Productions' anthology film Dr. Terror's House of Horrors.
